Beau Welling
One of our Founders and Chief Golf Architect brings his renowned expertise, including designing more than 90 golf courses and an upcoming championship course, to our master-plan development.
Mike Flynn
With 25 years of experience in the golf industry, Mike played collegiately for TCU and professionally for 11 years, winning five professional events. Previously at Callaway on the PGA Tour for a decade, he now is a professional golf agent with Radegen Sports.
Wes Reeder
Wes will lead UnderPar Life’s construction efforts both at Hawks Creek and for national buildout efforts. He founded Reeder Construction in 1994 and has developed a corporate commitment to give back to the community and local charities.
David Deering
David brings tenured experience with startups, sports marketing and golf to the table — including his time at Adams Golf which led to an IPO. Other endeavors include bringing new technology to market for other Silicon Valley startups, including two $500M+ acquisitions.
Alexandre Fauveau
Alex is a proven senior-level finance and operations Executive with multi-sector experience, including alcoholic beverages, private-equitybacked health care, and largescale food and beverage.
Currently, he is also a Founding Partner at High Basin Growth Partners, providing strategic advisory to emerging brands.
Experts
Jim has worked in golf design for five decades, traveling to five continents and 18 countries to design and enhance world-class golf courses. He started his career with William Newcomb Associates Golf Course Design and then joined Jack Nicklaus Golf Services and served as a senior designer for more than 30 years.
Jay Meadows
As one of our board members, Jay’s career contributions include creating a profitable, fast-growth fintech company, pioneering a new industry, and mentoring dozens of entrepreneurs. Jay’s company, Rapid Reporting Verification Company, the pioneer in income and asset verification for the private sector, was acquired by Equifax.
Christian began his career at the Dallas Country Club and is now the Executive Chef and
Founding Member of Neon Light District Hospitality, which owns and operates Tinie’s Mexican Cuisine and Sidesaddle Saloon. Among many accolades, Tinie’s was named “Best New Restaurant” by Fort Worth Weekly.
Curt Sampson
Curt is a best-selling author and former club and touring professional. He is the author of 19 books, including the New York Times best sellers Hogan and The Masters: Golf, Money, and Power in Augusta, Georgia. His highwater mark as a golfer was a win in the Mid-American Junior in 1970.
Adam Porzak
Adam is an accomplished teacher and professional golfer with a significant online teaching presence that includes 25,000+ followers on Instagram. Some highlights from Adam’s playing career are being a five-time winner on the Golden State Tour, having 12 Top 5 finishes out of 28 tournaments on the Golden State Tour, and winning the 2010 Golden State Tour event.
Scott Benson
Scott brings extensive experience and expertise to golfcourse design and planning. As Vice President of Beau Welling Design, he has been involved in some of the company’s most notable work, including PGA Frisco, Omni Amelia Island, The Saddle at GlenCove, and the Stanford Golf Course.
